Solution

Part 1:

Create a personal philosophy that outlines the approach to learning, child development, and teaching about the issues

This research is all about child pedagogy and of what that matters in early childhood of a children. This things is observed and a philosophy gets created that outlines the approach towards learning, child development and teaching.

My personal philosophy that outlines the approach to learning, child development and teaching about the issues of contemporary causes and issues of ECEC, Investigating the issues of EC profession and philosophy for the parents of early childhood education and care. As an educator and teacher my responsibility in providing the better guidance in academics as well as to take of the best possible care.

Philosophy for the contemporary issues in early childhood education and care

Contemporary issues in early childhood education takes care with the present of diversified opportunities and challenges. My personal philosophies of early childhood education emphasizes with a comprehensive approach to learning that mostly acknowledge the interconnections of emotional, social and physical development. As an educator, I believe in creating supporting atmospheres’ in which the children is valued, supported and respected on the unique journey of growth and discovery. Educators’ needs to be values otherwise they will not continue with their teaching, thus staff related issues are highlighted much more in education sector. My approach as an educator is based on the concept that children are active participants in their self-learning process. As a result, I seek to provide a hands-on policy of immersive learning that experiences to promote creativity, curiosity and discovery. The educators’ role is to overcome the contemporary issues in ECEC with coherent support system that supports each child’s well-being and success (AGDE, 2022). I aim to empower young learners with the believe that to reach their potential and become lifelong passion with curiosity and resiliency for learning for MBA assignment expert.

Philosophy for the investigating the issues of importance in EC profession

While investigating the issues of importance in EC profession, I believe that, it plays a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of a child’s learning journey. While addressing the issues any ECEC practitioners may assists with the reduction which impacts of the inequality that put children up for the future of success (AGDE, 2022). I believe in establishing a loving and inclusive atmospheres in which the children might feel values with the support and respect as they can pursue with the interests and skills. The rights of children must be valued with the exact cause and to certain limit. As an EC professionals, in terms of child development I support with the kid-cantered approach that promotes creativity, curiosity and critical thinking abilities (acecqa.gov.au, 2023). Children may be actively participating with the world around that have them engage in hands-on activities that have for meaningful interactions. The ECEC professionals thus have to encourage children to become confident and self-directed learners.

Philosophy for the issues for parents in early childhood education and care

Parents encounter with several challenges in early childhood education and care with managing the unique beliefs of learning, teaching and child development. The key issue in ECEC for parents is the family attitudes with additional practices used by educators and careers. Frequently struggle to discover with the values and beliefs about the children to learn about the best. In the early year learning framework children are based on the learning from the parents (EYLF, 2022). Parents often face with the issues for concerning the role of technology in children’s learning and development (acecqa.gov.au, 2023). The concerns of inclusion of diversity and setting with the cultural sensitivity in early childhood settings and becoming important to parents who want their children feel valued and represented. This tends to emphasizes with the necessity of fostering and supportive needs with discovery of socio-emotional development and achieving of academic excellence alongside.

My Approach

My approach on the issues of parent teacher collaboration is to mitigate it by taking care of the children from the root level by the parents and also by me. As an educator I must take care of the children during school hours and the most of the time the parents must look and take care of their children.

Part 2:

Criticality review of the outlines approach, justifying the personal philosophy that best addresses all relevant issues in early childhood teaching and setting in
Australia.

Point:

The philosophy that outlines the approach to learning is based on child development, teaching, and education. The point is based on the issues of children’s rights, quality issues, collaboration of parents and teachers and staffing issues. I believe my approach went to the collaboration between parents and teachers would be effective for the children to take care of the children not only in school but also in their home.

Evidence:

This can entail evaluating the techniques, flaws, strengths, and potential causes that are required in early childhood education. Many ECEC systems as per the Australian government and teaching rules prioritize holistic development by taking into account the emotional, physical, social, and linguistic elements of the child's development. According to Alam & Mohanty, (2023), effective educators allow them to customize their approaches to each child’s specific needs and interests providing interesting results in personalized learning experiences. I believe that early childhood educators frequently collaborate with families in maintaining the continuity of care and promoting children’s development. I believe that switching jobs based on family duties might limit the parents’ capacity to actively participate in early children education and care. Many families from those of improvised origins have significant barriers to accessing and affording with the high quality needs for early childhood education and care programmes.

There has been a rising emphasis on the approaches that benefit children from all origins, skills, and learning styles. In regards to the approach of EYLF, the framework is to support early childhood providers and extend the enrichment made by children’s learning from birth to 5 years of age (EYLF, 2022). It has been developed with consideration of the input from early childhood research. I believe in combining with the inquiry-based and play-based techniques that promotes with active involvement of love and learning. Learning experiences and adjusting teaching tactics to fit of children’s different needs.

Early childhood education is taken as a special course for people who want to help young children such as educators in their care services or educational well-being.

As per the views of Fenech et al., (2022), the approach to learning is to get proper guidance to deal with the situations with children. I believe that, children's development and giving them proper teaching are also the approaches that early childhood educators in Australia may need to complete with every course. In Australia, the course of education is very pocket-friendly and children teaching can be chosen as the profession. This is where a quality and early childcare qualification in Australia gets a degree that is seamlessly taken into PR. Thus, conquering all ECEC challenges, creating early childhood education and care, and recognising existing issues in early childhood education and care from the standpoint of educators and professionals. I recognise the needs for developing strong connections with families and communities to help students and flourish in within the outside of the classroom.

The issues of special interests and particular stakeholders are also being addressed and the educators might be familiar with the stakeholders to maintain their profession. My approach to address the issues for outlining the cause will be regarding early childhood education and care. This is totally from their parents, where proper education and guidance are required from ECEC regarding their growth and development. Children experience the family with unique approaches regardless of the family structure. Collaboration of teachers and families is one type of issues where the Parents must take guidance and feedback of their children from the teachers.

Explain:

The personal philosophy that best addresses all relevant issues in early childhood teaching and settings in Australia as an educator is to strive to provide an environment where children and families from different cultural backgrounds might feel welcome that are accepted. I believe that this idea must be shared by educators, as it may be the job of a teacher to ensure that students are helped by learning about their strengths and working on their flaws. Guidance is about creating an encouraging environment for everyone in the group, which means it has to assist youngsters realize that they can learn from their errors (education.gov.au, 2023). In Australia, early childhood teaching and setting is all about the principles of the United “Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child”.

This would form the ECA code of ethics that reflects on the current pedagogical research and practices of ethical responsibilities of early childhood professionals (AGDE, 2022). The code is not intended to and could not possibly provide prescriptive solutions for the complex issues of early childhood professionals. The personal philosophy of early childhood education helps educators with the unique mode of teaching that they used to follow throughout their careers (O’Connor et al., 2021). This is because the philosophy of own belief and knowledge is the way that best provides great education for the pupils. I believe that the preschools where they work might be used for early childhood learning in a palace which might be used to develop as their own. My belief on the principles should never contradict their own as they might be developed and maintained in conjunction with all staff members.

Link:

The philosophy to address all the issues regarding the ECEC is best addressed with the personal approach of NQS of early childhood teaching and setting in Australia. I am committed to look over to children, that they must be valued and nurtured with respect for all individuals, but it is the role of the educator where that assume the responsibility for each child’s educational and personal development. The well-being of the children is essential regardless of unique circumstances such as gender, handicap, race, ethnicity, and cultural heritage (Chapman & O’Gorman, 2022). This includes assisting families from varied origins that levied on the jobs as an educator as a career. Regular communication with the families is important since it allows them to collaborate for the child’s welfare.
