Thus, all the activities or functionalities can be considered as combined effort for generating revenues which is currently more that 52.7 million.
The critical success factors of the business are its software and customer relation, although the company will face stiff competition from existing firms and new start-ups. In addition, to cope with the competition the company will require increasing its scale of operations by customizing it software as per different sectors. The company lacks focus on any one sector or industry which creates a competition (Oliva & Kotabe, 2019). Also, technology and automation are critical factor for its success, thus, patenting or using trademarks will help from piracy. In earlier round of investments, it had raised more than $45 million dollars while in its last series it was successful in raising approximately $140 Million which should be used for innovation, marketing and promotion to create a niche market of its products (Shu, 2021).
