The resources used in Assessment 1 Part A Annotated Bibliography are expected to be utilised in this assessment to support the argument.
1. Write a critical argument up to a page on the topic selected in Assessment 1 Part A.
2. Use the annotated bibliography resources from Assessment 1 Part A for sourcing evidence and ideas for your argument. Review the resources critically and select at least 5 to be used as references for this assessment.
3. Please consider the following factors, when forming the argument:
• A good argument is convincing whereby the premises are acceptable, the supporting evidence is relevant to the claim and provides sufficient grounds for acceptance of the claim.
• You will be expected to form an academic and financial argument in favour, or against, utilizing the communications solution in the modern workplace.
• Make a clear point and justify it.
4. Please structure your argument as follows:
• Title page
• Introduction: provide a short introduction with a claim.
• Main body: with a logical structure including supporting evidence from academic sources.
• Conclusion: a concise conclusion which restates your claim and summarises your argument.
• References: please provide the reference list on a separate page.

If the internal connection is disrupted, then business communication may not have value. Internal communication is mainly a dual information exchange between managers and employees. It helps enhance business productivity by properly streamlining allocated duties and organisational roles, which helps the organisation preserve its culture. Considering the arguments of these authors, it can be stated that business communication can ensure a business's success when the internal communication between employees and the organisation in a multicultural setting can be appropriately maintained.
Any issue related to business communication in a multicultural setting can cause several issues. Most employees face much uncertainty in dealing with the proper course of action if they find the business communication process ineffective (Jyotiranjan et al., 2017). Hence, it cannot be stated that the maintainability of business communication always plays a positive role in a multicultural setting. It has to be bias-free and effective to ensure a positive outcome of it. Szkudlarek et al.,2020 mentioned that employees could face uncertainty in managing the new courses of action if there is a lack of proper communication skills between managers and the employees. Proper communication focuses on making critical decision skills for the betterment of the organisations. Cultural business communication helps most multinational companies operate in different social and political environments. The cultural distance represents a more focused decision-making ability at the forefront of international business research. Hence, it can be stated that business communication is essential in a multicultural setting. However, it is always important to ensure that the communication style is proper, inclusive and diversified.
In order to eradicate the argument related to business communication, the viewpoints of Men and Yue (2018) should be considered. They have mentioned that communication problems can be solved if the organisation focuses more on the employees' motivation. It will help in boosting the growth of the organisation. Efficient communication skills help managers and employees to make proper decisions.
Finally, it is concluded that business communication will help the organisation develop business growth if the employees remain focused and honest and maintain a proper internal connection between employees and the organisation.
